Shipping Policy (United States Only)
We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT), Monday through Friday, are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
Delivery times are carrier estimates calculated from the shipment date.
- FedEx Ground: 5–7 business days
- FedEx Express Saver: 3 business days
- FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days
- FedEx Overnight: Next business day
- USPS Parcel Select: 7–10 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 4–5 business days
- USPS First-Class Mail: 5–6 business days
Note: FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, selected shipping method, and package weight. Carriers may round weight up to the next full pound for pricing purposes.
Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors are outside of our control.
Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Products must be in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain opened products may not be eligible for return.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is shipped, refunds are generally processed within approximately 2–4 weeks. This timeframe may include:
- 5–10 business days for return delivery
- 3–5 business days for inspection and processing
- 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
